Mr. Del Mauro is an associate in the Products Liability, Mass Torts and Consumer Class Actions practice group. Nationally recognized, the group represents diverse clientele including pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, food and supplement producers, and manufacturers of industrial machines. The practice ranges from single-plaintiff matters to serving as national coordinating counsel for several Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Del Mauro served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lee A. Solomon, Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. His responsibilities included the preparation of memoranda concerning a vast array of legal issues, editing opinions, and preparing Justice Solomon for certification conferences and oral arguments.
Mr. Del Mauro received his law degree from Seton Hall Law School. There, he was a member of the nationally ranked Interscholastic Moot Court Board, an Articles Editor for the Legislative Journal, and president of the Corporate Law Society. During his moot court career, Mr. Del Mauro competed in the 2015 Andrews Kurth Moot Court National Championship, which featured the top 16 teams in the country.
Prior to law school, Mr. Del Mauro was a debt syndicate trade specialist at Morgan Stanley. He received a Bachelors degree in Finance with a minor in Business Law and Corporate Governance.
