Omar Bareentto is an associate in the Business Litigation Practice and represents individuals and businesses in the resolution of a wide variety of commercial disputes. His litigation experience ranges from class actions, breach of contract disputes, and business divorce to securities fraud litigation and intellectual property claims. Also a registered Government Affairs Agent in New Jersey, Omar compliments his litigation practice as a member of our Government Affairs Group, helping clients achieve their governmental, media, and business development objectives.
In law school, Omar was appointed a Governor’s Fellow with the Eagleton Institute of Politics. He was a Minority Student Program Teaching Fellow and tutored students in contracts law. He received a certificate in Corporate and Business Law from the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance.
Omar is very involved in his community, serving on the Leadership Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Essex, Hudson & Union Counties in New Jersey and as a member of the Wynona’s House Child Advocacy Center Board of Trustees.
