Myron B. Rabij has been representing U.S., Canadian and multinational clients in complex negotiations of joint ventures, acquisitions and exits, upstream and solar energy deals, and related regulatory, financing and capital raises as well as general corporate matters for more than 27 years. He has particular experience with oil & gas and international commercial and M&A transactions, privatizations and development in emerging markets, Central and Eastern Europe, including Ukraine, Poland, Russia, Romania, Hungary and Turkey among others. He also assists emerging growth companies with market entry in the US.

Myron was previously a partner at an Am Law 100 firm where he led a regional energy and natural resources practice, as well as its real estate group.
