Mrs. Vanderstreet joined the firm as an associate in 2001 after serving as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John C. Lifland, United States District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey.
In 2005, Mrs. Vanderstreet joined Wachovia Bank's Legal Division and served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel through 2008, at which time she returned to McCarter & English, LLP.
Mrs. Vanderstreet focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, financial services litigation, securities litigation, shareholder derivative litigation, and white collar criminal defense matters. Mrs. Vanderstreet has also worked on complex environmental litigation and insurance broker litigation.
While in law school, Mrs. Vanderstreet was the Editor-in-Chief of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal and published "State Voluntary Interview During Clemency Procedures Does Not Violate Due Process Protections or the Fifth Amendment Protection Against Compelled Self-Incrimination---Ohio Adult Parole Authority v. Woodward," 9 Seton Hall Const. L.J. 1069 (Summer 1999).
