Katerina Mantell represents employers in workplace law matters, including those concerning discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour law, immigration and restrictive covenants. She also advises on and helps employers draft executive employment agreements, employee handbooks, and workplace policies.
During law school, Katerina represented pro se litigants in employment matters as lead student advocate in Seton Hall’s Southern District of New York Mediation Clinic and successfully mediated these matters to achieve the highest settlement award in the clinic’s history. Katerina was also awarded the honor of Best Brief in Seton Hall’s Appellate Advocacy program.
After graduating law school, Katerina served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert C. Wilson, New Jersey Superior Court Judge, Bergen County, Civil Division.
