Joe began his legal career as a corporate finance and securities associate in the New York office of Jones Day, an international law firm. While practicing there, he represented numerous clients in corporate finance transactions, including equity and debt financings and a myriad of other corporate and commercial matters. He then joined Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Group in the Princeton, New Jersey office. At Drinker Biddle, Joe handled acquisitions, including stock and asset purchases, as well as mergers. He also advised clients with respect to corporate governance and formation matters. Most recently, he was an associate at SorinRand.
Upon graduation from Rutgers University, Joe worked as a registered representative in the financial services industry. He subsequently received his JD from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, cum laude
