Dr. Nagle has over ten years of experience as a patent professional. She practices in all areas of biotechnology patent law, including U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, patent validity opinions, freedom-to-operate opinions and due diligence evaluations.

Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Nagle conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Pennsylvania. She worked for Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a scientist, designing and implementing model systems across disease areas for use as surrogates for human disease. She was also a Scientist/Project Manager at Hypnion, Inc., involved in design and implementation of proprietary Genomics/Target Discovery Programs. Her work has been presented at international meetings, and has been published in peer reviewed journals. Dr. Nagle has research experience in multiple therapeutic areas and in a range of technologies used in the drug discovery industry. Dr. Nagle is also an inventor of several patents.
