Amy Haberman chairs the firm's Labor & Employment practice group. Amy represents domestic and multinational corporate clients across a variety of industries on a full range of employment-based immigration matters, including the recruitment and transfer of foreign national executives, managers, and professionals; the immigration consequences of mergers and acquisitions; the I-9 process; and compliance with Department of Labor statutory and regulatory recordkeeping requirements. Amy has significant experience counseling individual clients on family based immigration matters, including the acquisition of permanent resident status and citizenship. Amy has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1999.
