Ms. O'Sullivan concentrates her practice in the areas of family law and trusts and estates litigation.

Ms. O'Sullivan’s family law experience includes the litigation of complex divorce cases from inception through mediation, trial, and post-judgment enforcement and modification motions; litigation of support and custody matters between unmarried individuals; negotiation of cohabitation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; and many other aspects of Family Law.

Ms. O'Sullivan’s trusts and estates representation includes all facets of fiduciary and non-fiduciary litigation, including representing individual and corporate entities in will contests (frequently involving claims of diminished capacity and undue influence); will and trust construction proceedings; contested accounting proceedings; applications for instructions by fiduciaries; breach of fiduciary duty claims; and trust reformation proceedings.

Ms. O'Sullivan also has experience in several areas where family law concepts and trusts and estates concepts overlap, such as guardianship and adoption proceedings as well as palimony claims.
